WhiteVineStudio specializes in handcrafted marble, stone, agate, and home décor products. Each item is individually crafted by skilled artisans, making every piece unique. Natural variations in color, texture, veining, pattern, and dimensions are expected and are not considered defects.

2. Product Information

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Natural stone patterns and colors vary from piece to piece.

  • Product images are for reference purposes only.

  • Minor variations in size, weight, and appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

  • Custom-made products may vary slightly from digital mockups or reference images.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Full payment is required before production or shipment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Product prices may change without prior notice.

4. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized items are made specifically for each customer.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details.

  • Once production has begun, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

  • Personalized and custom-made products are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within the timeframe stated on the product page.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • International customers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

  • Additional information may be requested to process a replacement or resolution.

For claim verification purposes, we strongly recommend recording a video while opening the package.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Generally:

  • Personalized and custom orders are not eligible for return.

  • Return requests must be submitted within the specified return period.

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
