Once production, customization, or packaging has begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Custom & Personalized Orders

Personalized, engraved, custom-made, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once work has started.

Shipped Orders

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Once an order is dispatched, it falls under our Return & Refund Policy.
