Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

  • Processing times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship both domestically and internationally through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • India: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 5–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, weather conditions, and courier operations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees may be charged by your country's customs authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

WhiteVineStudio is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

For added protection, we strongly recommend recording a video while opening your package.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, WhiteVineStudio cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Public holidays
