At WhiteVineStudio, customer satisfaction is important to us. As our products are handcrafted from natural marble, stone, and agate, each piece is unique. Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Engraved items

  • Made-to-order products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

For claim verification, we strongly recommend recording a video while opening your package.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
